You seem to have nailed our intentions, which are to copy nothing and put what comes out of the barrel into glass. And the response has been very encouraging. This July 5th (today) is the Grand Opening of our distillery shop, tasting room and public tour program. We’re also going to hand harvest our first rye crop. Come visit when you can.
