It appears that they have changed the bottle somewhat. Same exact shape/size, but a different printing. This has less on the front, changed from cursive to print, and dropped the “Very Old” description. On the back is a drawing of Jefferson standing in a long coat. “Very” classy.

Your tasting notes nail it, as usual. I was able to pick this up for about $35, not on sale. I’ve seen it listed elsewhere for that. Maybe they lowered the price too?

I have a bottle of Jefferson’s Reserve, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky-15 years Old- with a small paper label listing 2359 of 2400 Bottles Proof of Authenticity Batch No. 01- Very Small Batch.

I am waiting to open and enjoy on the day I open my antique shop to the public.
