Looking back, I&#039;d say it&#039;s best to start tasting in the middle then start venturing up and down the price scale.  So, something like a Knob Creek isn&#039;t a crazy place to begin: you can find it anywhere and it is full of really classic bourbon characteristics.  There&#039;s plenty of time to hunt for rare bottles or skim the bottom shelf later.]]></description>
